Toomanian Saturday Armenian School. A branch of Hamazkaine Nairi Chapter in NSW Australia.
The merger of two Armenian Saturday Schools (Raffi and Abovian) in 1989 created the Toomanian Saturday Armenian School. Our school caters for students from Kindergarten (4yrs) through to Year 9 and Armenian language and history is taught.
Toomanian Saturday Armenian School is the only Saturday Armenian School in Sydney which teaches the Eastern Armenian dialect.
Toomanian School graduates have had outstanding success when choosing to continue Armenian studies and sit 2 Unit Armenian in the Higher School Certificate examination.
Toomanian School is open NSW school terms each Saturday from 12.45pm to 4.30pm with half an hour recess between 2.30pm to 3pm.
